Life Coaching: Paths to Transformation

At the completion of your program, it is important for you to feel a sense of active participation in your own life with a clear vision of your future. It is at this time we celebrate wins, evaluate goals, and solidify your plan for what is next in your life.

What do you have control over? No matter how much we want things to be different, sometimes it feels like our bodies have a mind of their own, especially where stress is concerned.   You look for reasons for what happened (or is happening) and often come up with blame, bewilderment, anger, resentment, and ultimately fear. Out-of-control thoughts lead you to out-of-control feelings and can spiral downward very quickly. The question becomes, “what do you have control over?” You may not have had control over having a life-challenging event, but you do have control over what you think about it and what you can do to bring yourself to a place of more peace of mind. It is possible to learn effective tools to let go of destructive fears and attitudes that cause you conflict and pain, and replace them with a sense of well-being, supporting you in maximizing your real energy and minimizing your stress.
